Nerida completed a BFA (Photography) at VCA (Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne University) many years ago and photography has been in her life ever since.
After working the gallery and festival circuit for a few years in Melbourne she moved to New York City for 4 years shooting a wide variety of assignments. Her New York experience was a dream come true, living and working with other artists in a Brooklyn warehouse with their very own darkroom. The life experiences she had during this time were life changing.
She returned to Sydney to study her Masters and fell in love with shooting weddings and events. Over 10 years later, she still gets a kick out of her job and considers herself one lucky lady to do what she does.
